Terms:
Currently accepting cashier checks; soon to have Visa/MC. (Visa/MC
purchases will need to add 3% to final purchase amount.) Personal
checks are accepted but instrument not shipped until payment check
clears the bank. Illinois residents add current sales tax rate (6.75%
through 2002). |

Shipping:
Buyer pays for all shipping, which must include enough insurance coverage
for the replacement of the instrument. We insist on FedEx: they are
the most dependable and reliable. And, their next day service means
the guitar does not sit around a shipping warehouse! |

|
Returns:
All sales final after 48 hour review of guitar; prior approval of
any return required. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your guitar, simply return it fully insured via the shipping method
per agreement (see Shipping policy above). When we receive the instrument
back in the exact same condition that we shipped to you, your refund
will be sent less all remaining unpaid shipping costs, if any. |

Consignments:
Please contact us to sell your instrument for you (hard-to-find, handcrafted

10% percentage fee. Our service includes providing and hosting high
resolution pictures as well as a separate web page containing a description
of your lovely instrument. We will also work hard to market it for
you! Please contact us for more information! |
